healthy banana nut bread

okay, so remember the "Cooking Light" cook book i bought from the thrift store, i tried out their "Mom's Banana Bread" recipe...
This banana bread recipe was definitely LOW FAT! Everything I used was low fat or reduced fat - butter, milk, sour-cream...

It tasted really yummy and you can easily see why this recipe would be considered the healthier alternative from any of the store-bought banana nut breads...because it is not as sweet, and definitely doesn't have as much butter...

Tip: Before baking, I learned that ingredients should be in room temperature for at least 30 minutes prior to using them...for example: milk, sour cream, & eggs...
Here's the recipe:
Preheat oven 350 F. Mix sugar & butter. Add mashed bananas, milk, sour cream & egg whites. Mix the flour, baking soda & salt, and add to the banana mixture. Mix well with mixer. Pour into 9x5 loaf pan coated with cooking spray. (this is optional, I put chopped walnuts into the batter) And ta-da...!
 It smelled so warm & cuddly, i could hug it! I served myself a slice...or two >.<
 The time stinks :/
