Here's a look at the un-frosted version...
Chocolate chocolate chocolate chip cupcakes!
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick), softened
1/2 to 2/3 cup granulated sugar (depend on how sweet you like it)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 large egg white
Chocolate chips, milk & white
and Chocolate Frosting! (can be store-bought)
Mix dry ingredients well. Set aside. Mix wet ingredients well. Combine with the dry ingredients. Don't over mix. Distribute the batter into cupcake pans lined with liners. In a pre-heated oven, bake at 350 F for about 18-20 minutes. Once done, set aside to cool for about 10-15 minutes. Then you are ready to FROST!
